The accuracy of the super precision thrust angular contact ball bearing is much higher than thrust ball bearing, and the bearing speed is also much higher.
So it can be used as a spindle bearing.
 
But improper installation of the bearing will not achieve this effect.
So, which method of assembly can be used to achieve the best rotating perforamnce?
 
According to reports, thrust angular contact ball bearings are generally back-to-back, because back-to-back can withstand axial forces in two directions.
The load lines of the bearings that are paired back to back are separated to the bearing shaft.
It can bear the axial load acting in two directions, but the load in each direction can only be borne by one bearing.
Bearings mounted back-to-back provide a relatively rigid bearing configuration and can withstand overturning moments.
 
Attention should be paid when using this assembly method:
1. The verticality of the shaft ring and the center line of the shaft should be inspected.
The method is to fix the dial indicator on the end face of the case, make the contact of the indicator rest on the raceway of the bearing shaft ring while rotating the bearing while observing the dial indicator pointer.
When the box shell hole is deep, it can also be inspected with an extended dial gauge.
 
2. When installed correctly, the seat ring can automatically adapt to the rolling of the rolling elements to ensure that the rolling elements are located in the upper and lower ring raceways.
If it is installed backwards, not only the bearing will not work properly, but also the mating surfaces will be severely worn.
Since the difference between the shaft ring and the seat ring is not very obvious, you should be extra careful during the assembly and make no mistake.
 
3. In addition, there should be a gap of 0.2-0.5mm between the bearing seat ring and the bearing seat hole to compensate for the errors caused by inaccurate parts processing and installation.
When the center of the bearing ring is shifted during operation, this The gap can ensure its automatic adjustment, avoid touching friction, and make it operate normally. Otherwise, it will cause severe damage to the bearing.
 
4. Before installation, please check whether the bearing box is clean, wear, etc.  
And remember that install the bearing, press the end cover, check the flexibility of the switch, and then install the entire part on the screw.
If you install the screw rod first, and then press the end cover, it may cause the bearing to be unable to align, get stuck, and easily heat up!
 
5. Another point is that there are V and 0 marks on the bearing.
 This is the place where the bearing accuracy is high. It should be installed in the bearing box where the mark jumps the most.
This cooperation can compensate for the error of the workpiece and make the rotation accuracy reach dynamic balance!
